The backspot starts the weight and fixes what shifts before anyone feels it. This builds the strength to hold that load and the speed to catch the flyer.
Front rack carries and holds, strict press, landmine press, rows and pull-ups, then med ball drop-catches and 10 yard sprints. The weight stays out in front of the backspot, never stacked on the hips, because that is where it lives in a stunt.
- Every workout opens with the same 10 minutes. Neck, then wrists, then shoulders.
- Four phases of six workouts. Learn the pattern, get strong, get explosive, put it together.
- Holds as well as reps, because a stunt is holding a position while everything moves.
- Every exercise says what it is and what it is for.
